Mission Statement
The staff of SWMCCC commits to provide rehabilitative environments that are physically and emotionally safe, being mindful of the obligation to the victims and public.
Our mission is to facilitate successful adaptation of offenders into society. This is accomplished through the self-empowerment of staff and offenders to grow emotionally, educationally, spiritually, socially and culturally.
We will focus on consistency, responsibility, and accountability toward the development and modeling of pro-social values through community.
